I was born and raised in the United States and came to Israel after finishing my Bachelors Degree. People often ask me why I moved to Israel and lately my response has been "because the tomatoes taste better." I think Israel offers an amazing variety of foods, top quality produce, and there always seems to be something new and exciting in the food scene. Providing and leading these tours seems like a natural extension of my love for Israel's cuisine. My passion comes out in the tour and I want all participants to experience a memorable, unique and tasty tour. | |  |

I was raised in Tel Aviv, and have always been excited about cooking due to my father’s vast skills in the kitchen. In my mid-twenties I traveled extensively throughout the Far East and experienced a whirlwind of flavors, food combinations, and culinary techniques. I particularly enjoyed learning about the culture and history associated with the people and their local food. These experiences urged me to further explore Israel’s rich culinary scene, which has been a work in progress ever since. To create culinary tours is one of the best ways to promote Israel’s cuisine on the world stage.
